Premier Lock® extends a two-year limited warranty to the original user of our products against mechanical or finish defects. If there is an issue with our product, we will make sure to take the necessary steps to provide you with a replacement and ensure customer satisfaction. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if a proof of purchase is not provided. Damage by misuse, abuse, or alteration will not be covered under this warranty. Premier Lock® offers free standard shipping and handling for all orders placed in the contiguous United States over $49. Shipping costs to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico vary based on the weight, dimensions, and method of delivery of your order.
Once your payment is received, our shipping department will process your order. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will determine the best shipping method to be used for your order.
We use all major carriers such as FedEx, UPS and USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or text with your tracking number.
Premier Lock charges dealers and distributors a flat fee of $7.99 for orders under $49 in the contiguous United States. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details. For international shipping, please contact: sales@premierlocks.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We offer worldwide shipping. Please contact us for more details if you would like for an order to be shipped outside of the United States.
